India's revised targets for solar installed capacity was 100 GW by 2022. As against that, the installed capacity stood at about 54 GW at the end of March 2022. The Government of India had announced in the parliament in November 2021 that solar generation projects totalling 107 GW are either installed or in various stages of implementation or tendering. In this session, we focus on how the central and state level policies can turbo-charge the growth of solar installation.

The topics will include

Are there ways to tweak auctions or tendering to expedite solar installations?

With the solar project costs stabilising, is it time to move!
