What are the requirements to book a company profile?

To book a company profile, you need a free account on The smarter E Digital. Once you have created an account, you can book your company profile and provide all the necessary information.

What is a paid company profile on The smarter E Digital?

With a paid company profile on The smarter E Digital, you have the opportunity to professionally present your company in an international directory. You can comprehensively showcase your business and services, provide key contacts, and highlight your participation in exhibitions and conferences. This increases your visibility and helps you reach a global audience in the energy sector.

What kind of information can I include in my company profile?

In your company profile, you can include the following information, among other things:

  • Company Data: Name, address, email, telephone number, and website adress.
  • Company Description: Information about your products and services.
  • Countries: The countries where your company operates or has branches.
  • Organizational Type: Details about the type of company, year of establishment, and number of employees
  • Contacts: Up to 10 contacts, including name, position, email, phone number, social media profiles, and photo.
  • Exhibitions and Conferences: Information about events where your company is represented.
Can I edit or update my profile at any time?

Yes, you can edit or update your profile at any time. If any information about your company changes or you want to add new details, you can easily do so to ensure that your profile is always up to date.

Who is allowed to edit or update the information in my company profile?

Only the person whose email address was used to book the company profile can edit or update the information. If the responsible person changes, please contact our support team – we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I list more than one company in my company profile?

Only one company can be listed in your company profile. If you would like to include additional companies, you can book separate paid profiles in the business directory.

Contacts in the company profile

What happens if a contact person leaves the company or their contact details change

That’s no problem. Contacts can be removed from the company profile or new ones added at any time. Contact details can also be changed and updated at any time to ensure the information is always accurate.

Does each contact person need to have an email address and phone number

No, not every contact person is required to have a phone number. However, providing an email address is mandatory. A phone number can be added optionally to make the profile more informative.

Questions about payment and subscriptions

What payment methods are accepted for the paid company profile?

You can pay for the paid company profile using PayPal or a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

How can I change my payment details?

You can update or change your payment details at any time via our payment provider ablefy. Please note that we use ablefy solely as a booking platform, so it is not necessary to create a profile there. You can request a personal access link (magic link) at any time to retrieve your booking information. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us.

Is the profile fee a single payment or part of a recurring subscription?

The cost of the company profile is based on an annual subscription and is billed once per year.

How does the automatic renewal of the subscription work

The subscription is automatically renewed for one year unless it is canceled in time – at the latest one day before it expires. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before the renewal, informing you that the subscription is about to be renewed. This gives you plenty of time to make a decision.

Can I cancel the company profile if I no longer wish to participate?

Yes, you can. Once you cancel your subscription, your profile will be removed right away and made invisible to others.

How long will my profile remain visible?

Your company profile will remain visible as long as the subscription is active. Once you cancel the subscription, your profile will be deleted immediately and will no longer be visible.

Can I book multiple company profiles under one account?

Yes, you can book multiple business directory profiles under one account. Each profile can be individually customized and managed. Please note that each profile requires a separate booking and payment.
