Yes, you can edit or update your profile at any time. If any information about your company changes or you want to add new details, you can easily do so to ensure that your profile is always up to date.
Only the person whose email address was used to book the company profile can edit or update the information. If the responsible person changes, please contact our support team – we’ll be happy to assist you.
Only one company can be listed in your company profile. If you would like to include additional companies, you can book separate paid profiles in the business directory.
That’s no problem. Contacts can be removed from the company profile or new ones added at any time. Contact details can also be changed and updated at any time to ensure the information is always accurate.
No, not every contact person is required to have a phone number. However, providing an email address is mandatory. A phone number can be added optionally to make the profile more informative.
You can pay for the paid company profile using PayPal or a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
You can update or change your payment details at any time via our payment provider ablefy. Please note that we use ablefy solely as a booking platform, so it is not necessary to create a profile there. You can request a personal access link (magic link) at any time to retrieve your booking information. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us.
The cost of the company profile is based on an annual subscription and is billed once per year.
The subscription is automatically renewed for one year unless it is canceled in time – at the latest one day before it expires. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before the renewal, informing you that the subscription is about to be renewed. This gives you plenty of time to make a decision.
Yes, you can. Once you cancel your subscription, your profile will be removed right away and made invisible to others.
Your company profile will remain visible as long as the subscription is active. Once you cancel the subscription, your profile will be deleted immediately and will no longer be visible.
Yes, you can book multiple business directory profiles under one account. Each profile can be individually customized and managed. Please note that each profile requires a separate booking and payment.
